How do I share study material with students?
On /materials, create a category (e.g. Physics Formula Sheets), upload your PDF files or paste Google Drive / YouTube video links, and assign batch visibility. Enrolled students can instantly view and download them in /my-materials.
- Organized repository by Subject and Chapter avoids messy WhatsApp group downloads.
- Restricted access: Only students enrolled in that specific batch can view the files.
- Supports PDF notes, reference documents, and embedded YouTube video lectures.
Uploading Study Material Step-by-Step
Build your institute's digital library with these 4 steps:
Open Materials Repository
Button: + Add Study MaterialOpen /materials and click [+ Add Study Material] on the top action bar.
Define Chapter & Topic
Input: Material Title & ChapterEnter Material Title (e.g. Formula Sheet - Thermodynamics) and select the corresponding Subject.
Assign Batch Access
Dropdown: Subject & Batch AccessSelect which batches can access this document. Other batches will not be able to view or download it.
Upload File or Embed Video
Upload: PDF File or Video URLUpload PDF documents, formula summaries, or paste external Google Drive or YouTube unlisted video URLs, and click [Publish].

Q:Is there a limit on how many files I can upload?
Standard plans include ample cloud storage for regular PDFs, documents, and formula sheets.
Q:Can students from Batch A see materials uploaded for Batch B?
No. Access permissions are strictly isolated per batch so students only see materials relevant to their enrolled courses.
Q:Can I embed YouTube video lectures or unlisted video solutions?
Yes, simply select 'Video Link' as the material type and paste the YouTube URL; students can watch it directly inside their portal.
