How do I configure my coaching UPI ID and logo in TutionMat?
Go to /settings/institute. Under 'Institute Profile', upload your logo, name, phone, and address. Under 'UPI QR Settings', enter your UPI ID (VPA) and Payee Name. Click [Save Changes] — your receipts will now automatically render a scan-to-pay QR code!

Setting Up Dynamic UPI QR Code for Receipts
Follow these 5 steps to configure your institute branding and automated UPI fee collection:
Access Institute Settings
Navigation: /settings/instituteOpen /settings/institute from the side navigation menu or dashboard shortcut.
Upload Official Coaching Logo
Card: Institute Profile > Upload LogoUpload your institute logo (PNG or JPG). This logo automatically embeds on fee receipts, ID cards, and test rank cards.
Configure UPI ID & Payee Name
Card: UPI QR Settings > UPI IDEnter your official UPI VPA (e.g. `apexacademy@okhdfcbank` or `9876543210@paytm`) and exact Payee Business Name.
Set Billing Cycle & Late Fee Rules
Card: Academic Preferences > Due DaySet the monthly fee due date (e.g. 5th of every month), grace period days, and optional late fee per day.
Configure Automation Triggers & Save
Card: Notification Triggers > SaveSet your daily attendance cutoff time (e.g. 10:00 AM) and fee reminder notice (e.g. 3 days before due date). Click [Save Changes].
